Review Questions
This page has links to a number of multiple choice question quizzes, one for each chapter of the book in fact. The aim of the quizzes is to allow you to review and test your understanding of the main ideas of each chapter.
Clicking on a link takes you to the first question of that quiz. Each question is presented on a seaprate page with a back link button and a forward button (labelled Submit). There is a review of the answers you gave at the end of each quiz.
